The Clinical Exchange

A clinical exchange, not a conference

Israel Clinical Exchange organizes brief, highly selective programs that bring a small number of Latin American healthcare professionals to Hadassah Medical Center in Israel, aiming to build lasting professional relationships rather than simply deliver academic content.

What each program aims to achieve

• Create direct professional relationships between clinicians, nurses, and other professionals from Latin America and Israel.
• Expose participants to clinical practice and multidisciplinary models of care at Hadassah Medical Center.
• Favor the exchange of knowledge and experience over formal classroom-style instruction.
• Lay the groundwork for future joint activities: webinars, clinical case discussions, collaborative research, and institutional projects.
• Remain deliberately small and highly selective in every edition.

Clinical partnership

Hadassah Medical Organization in Jerusalem is Israel Clinical Exchange’s exclusive clinical partner at this stage and provides the academic leadership for its programmes. Israel Clinical Exchange coordinates programme logistics, invitations and communications.
